For this series of pictures, I must thank a gorgeous wildlife photographer : phalalcrocorax who take the most beautiful magpies pictures. He, Kriloner and I met near Paris for this wild bird shooting... it was really rewarding. And I also thank him for lending me one of his lens !

Ah ah j'adore ! Je suppose qu'elle était en train de se poser, mais l'instant que tu as capturé donne vraiment l'impression qu'elle se tient droite grâce à une plume .
Very sharp picture and well taken. Depending on the way you look at the picture it's like the black ends of the magpies feathers are a shadow. That way he seems to spring out of the picture. Special effect.
Nice you could meet with phalalcrocorax. I follow his work, which is amazing, like you said. But it's rather quiet there at the moment.

Yes, he is an amazing photographer. I think he is currently on a photo trip, that's why he doesn't submit a lot these days. But I'm sure he will come back with incredible pictures... ^^
